  My parents have been hunting for the perfect sofa for more than a year at various furniture stores. We suggested a trip to Ashley since we have made multiple purchases with them. We were greeted by Rick Lemanski (Big Rick) who, long story short, is one of the best customer service and sales professionals I have come across. He took great care of my parents and very quickly narrowed down the best options for them to choose from. Rick was very patient, thorough, honest and genuinely interested in finding the best furniture options both from the showroom floor as well as from their online catalogue. The Ashley company should be proud to have Rick on their team and he should be used as a model associate for corporate training purposes. I would be lucky to have him on my team.
