  This is the dirtiest banks I have ever stepped foot in. Now they are practicing in on what another Big Name bank is being sued over opening and charging for accounts without you knowing. I am leaving this bank after 30 years to join USAA. They don't care if you are a veteran, senior citizen, having all banking needs with them for over 30 years, and have perfect credit. This bank is horrible.

  I went in this bank today with two checks to be cashed and proper identification for myself. Because my boss just opened a new business and their checking account is so new, the teller and the bank manager questioned the validity of my checks. Instead of calling the account holder, they refused to cash the checks for me, and told me I would have to use my own bank. The manager repeated herself several times, reminding me that I do not have an account with BOA; as if I wasn't aware. The two team members that were helping me talked down to me as if I was a criminal trying to cash fraudulent checks. I am completely disgusted with this Bank.
  
  The previous reviewers are correct, the people that work here are extremely rude and have absolutely no customer service skills! It is beyond me why anyone would bank here!
