  The individuals who are managing the appointments need help! The environment in this Spa is the best ever!! However, if you keep having issues with bookings being cancelled, because they don't have enough nail techs or other employees on staff to back up when someone calls out sick, it hurts business. This is not a problem with the nail tech. This is a management problem. You need to be prepared for people to call out and if that means you have to spend a little more to keep more folks on staff you should do it. This is supposed to be a luxury spa, if I book 2 weeks in advance I don't expect to have to reschedule 80% of the time. I'm sure all of your customers would agree if we wanted this kind of stress we could go elsewhere and pay less. Step up your game, hire someone who knows how to manage issues and keep more techs on hand so you don't have to reschedule people's appointments. Still all that said once you get in this is still the most relaxing spa in the area due to the ambiance and the techs who perform the actual spa services.
