  I've been having terrible neck pain so i went in to seek help, and I got the complete opposite the dr kept interrupting me not letting me speak telling me that I need to come back in ten days I kept trying to explain that I can not even move my neck and he insisted I take an injection I tried to explain that I was already in a lot of pain and didn't feel comfortable with an injection he walks out the room and tells the nurse to come give me the shot, the nurse (ROSA which was extremely rude by the way) walks around talking for about 5 min before she walks in the room didn't even tell me her name or what she was about to inject me with I told her I needed a min since I don't like needles she continued to raise my sleeve and grab my arm I asked her to please wait and she still injected my arm as I pulled away she yelled in my face that I can not move, the pain that started over coming my back and arms was so bad I needed to lay down for a min the very nice student that was there brought me back to the room so that I could lie down the nurse walks back into the room with the dr and starts tugging on my shirt saying I needed to leave because I was done it hadn't even been 2 min since she gave me the injection I told her I was in pain I was literally crying from how bad it hurt and she said well you won't feel better here you need to leave the appt is over I couldn't believe that a doctors office was treating me this way they are supposed to help ppl not treat them like garbage. I asked to speak to the office manager and the front end older lady said she was the manager and tried to speak with me and the very rude aggressive nurse kept telling me to leave. I will be reporting them to the BBB as well as my ins that nurse should not be working with people with how disgusting her behavior was she needs to go work cleaning toilets for a living since it's the only thing that suits her personality! I hope the owner reads these reviews and sees what trash he has working for him as a nurse!!!
