  What can I say but BRAVO!! Steaks that melted like butter to a hot knife, crisp lettuce, buttery perfectly grilled lobster tails, wild west shrimp with peppers is a fan favorite of ours, and the birthday girl was ELATED!! We had Polk County's best server Katie, and she handled us with a smile and care!! We decompressed, ate, drank and were merry!! This is our new Birthday home!! Loved it!
