  Got my new car here last summer. Sales associate Lindsey was great. She continues to be very courteous when we run into one another during my frequent trips there to get my free car wash. All of the staff are very pleasant. When I went in for an oil change, they were thorough, checked for recalls & provided service with a smile. The wait area is comfortable. TV, free hot beverages, snacks & fresh popcorn machine. Even a closed room for kiddies. I put on my headphones, plug in my tablet & wait for my car. (Usually not a very long time) Saturdays can be hectic. I went one Saturday & got my car back with bird poo still on it & dirt still on the floor mats. They were extremely apologetic & took it back in. Came back to me STILL not completely clean! I was too disgusted to wait any longer so I went and paid 30 bucks for a wash & mini detail at a local car wash. That was the one & only time that I've had a bad experience. I'd still recommend them as a great place to do business.
