  I had high hopes for this dry cleaner because it was so convenient for me. I took them here and they just don’t ever all come back right. More than half have to be left to be redone. The necks on some aren’t crisp while they are on others. There are iron creases on parts of the shirt from not being pulled taught. There are always specs of dirt on the back shirts. They come off when I scratch off with my nail. I don’t think I should be doing that. What’s the point of the plastic or sending them to be cleaned? I’ve been here 4 times, and I’ve had to come back 3 times to pick up my redo’s. Not worth the time and money. Pictures attached of the shirts. They really need someone who pays attention to details.
