  9Round is amazing. Your workouts change everyday and you have a personal trainer at virtually every station. I workout at another gym every morning, but apparently I don’t push myself hard enough because after my 9Round workouts I feel it!!! I love that I don’t have to figure out what to do as they’ve already planned my workout and challenge for me. I highly recommend you give them a try!!
