  Great place to work if you enjoy getting yelled at and belittled by customers and management at the exact same time.
  I was weary of taking a call center job due to the infamous stereotype they have and was really anxious to talk to irate customers all day. After a little while though I was actually desensitized to them at least. However, the awful management is what really makes it a horrible work environment. The training process is very poorly executed. There is A LOT of information and silly regulations to follow that the supervisors expect you to know and follow from the start. If you ask a question expect either an eye roll from the helpers, incorrect information to give the customers which will later lead to your discipline, or if you're really lucky, a snarky comment from a manager. Also be expected to get the lowest legally possible amount of break time, wouldn't be so bad if using the bathroom didn't count towards your break time. If you go over you may be written up. All together, I really really wouldn't recommend this place for anyone. I've never had a job that I've walked out on nor one that I've detested as much as I have this one. It really is the worst job ever.
