  Very slow and employees seem irritated when asked questions about the first time filing, as well as the $50 refer a friend deal they aren't holding up to their end of the bargain

  Customer Service is a negative 5 and they are crooks - Just left Liberty Tax Service in TEARS!!!. My son and I went to get our taxes done. They did his first since he only had one W-2 and charged $999.00! I could not have mine done because I did not work last year, due to medical issues no income coming in but I own my home and have a 401k and medical expenses. My tax prep would have cost more than my son's. Now I have to try to do my taxes myself. Woman who prepared my son's taxes said they go up 10% every year. Well they just lost us as clients.so bewARE CORN ARTIST CROOKS EVEN THE OWNER GOT FIRED THIS YEAR PLACE FIXING TO CLOSE DOWN
