  Shout out five stars for the best customer service. My husband and I moved to Florida two years ago and we originally had our first two six-month checkups in Clairmont FL. But each time the price we were orgionally quoted came out higher than we were told it was going to be. And the last time we were told we needed over $3000 worth of repairs. Which we did not get, as we did not have that amount.
  We both my husband and I have run into some tough times 10 years ago my husband had terminal brain cancer, went through four surgeries in 10 months. Had to retire year before he could get his full income retirement. And then myself I’m handicapped since birth had 45 surgeries. And a lot of medical expenses in my life. We moved to Florida because of an autoimmune disease that causes a lot of pain in the cold weather up north. Everything’s been going kind of downhill for us, my husband’s brain cancer came back. And it seems like financially were almost ready to break.
  
  We’ve always kept our maintenance up on our van as their older, but we do the best we can to keep it up so the last a long time. We ended up at mobility works a while back and while we were there my husband happen to ask what their maintenance fee would be. And oh, my goodness it was extremely reasonable. And when they came out they said it had the same problem the other place did only it wasn’t $3000 to fix it. With Mobility Works America, It was less than 200. With everything going wrong and recent hospitalizations and a lot of medical expenses, what I didn’t need to do was to have to replace my scooter that was worn out. I took it over to mobility America to see what the cost was going to be to fix my scooter, but it was pretty much shot. It’s my legs and my feet I don’t stand or weight bear. But it worked with Gus and first time around he did make sure that I got a nice good-quality used scooter with the trade in for my old one.
  
  But after using it for a couple days the seat was too high for my transfers, and my legs were to short to rest comfortably on the floor base, my leg swelled. I called Gus at Mobility America back and he didn’t hesitate to tell me to bring it in. Not only did he take care of me and get me in the right kind of scooter but he was very patient we had to try several different ones first and move some seats around before we found something that was workable.
  I love working with Gus and the receptionist they make you feel like family there. I feel that Gus is a very honest man and is not out to make an arm and a leg on people who are ready disadvantaged. I would advise anybody that needs work on their van or needs any mobility equipment to go check out mobility America first.
  
  If I ever get to the place to replace my van I’m going to go see Gus. Thank-you mobility works for your patience and your kindness in taking care of my needs.
