  The front staff was very unprofessional here i stayed here last weekend. When you reserve they don't tell you breakfast IS NOT included you have to pay. I looked at the breakfast it was Nothing compared to the Ramada in Chicago and free!! The King size room was very small the one in Chicago was huge with exactly the same furniture. This one in Lakeland look like a pickup spot. Later my family there in Lakeland told me this was meeting spot for ladies of the night!!! I will Not be back. Don't get fooled by the lobby this place is run down! For the rip off price and very unprofessional staff. We asked for coffee in the morning in lobby the staff came out the kitchen and said coffee was brewing when i came back they're was a small coffee thermos!!! Please spend your money elsewhere!! Was just in the one in Chicago 3 weeks ago very professional staff clean carpets throughout halls bigger elevators and a Free full breakfast eggs sausage bacon cereal toast bagels muffins coffee milk 3 different juices staff very attentive and always greeting you with a smile!! All for the same price as this one 2 thumbs down for this one!!! Don't waste your time or money here!
