  We came in on Saturday, January 20,2018 @9:50am. The lady, Felicia (only person doing accounts), had a couple for well over an hour, just to open an account. They finished at 11:05. That’s bad business and ridiculous to make others wait that long. She sat and talked about everything, besides banking stuff. I am a customer at this bank, as well as everyone waiting. There have been people getting up and walking out. Due to her taking so long. She needs to be retrained on her position. This will send people to other banks for business.
