    This store changed ownership a couple years ago. Simply put, this store has been awful to deal with since this change. On a number of occasions they attempted to charge a much more expensive manner to ship something than necessary. Worst yet, they've repeatedly lost mail that was sent to our box there. We finally had to open a po box at our local post office and change our invoicing address for all our customers.
