  I moved into this complex October 2016, and will definitely be renewing. The staff here is excellent - super friendly, very helpful, and prompt. I only had 1 issue with my actual unit that took an extra day to fix (because it occurred at the end of the day when maintenance had just finished their work-day). There has been an issue with random non-resident people coming to take advantage of the indoor basketball court (which requires a key card to open the door, but I think they'd follow people in) and the other amenities... this eventually led to the common areas getting vandalized. The office was prompt in communicating with residents about the issues and they had everything fixed/replaced quickly as well as hiring a security company to keep tabs on the common areas after-hours. So far that issue seems to be resolved (or at least under control). The grounds are well-kept (except for the occasional trash pileup when someone puts something into the compacter they weren't supposed to) and the gates actually work! Not gonna lie, kinda pricey to live here, but I got in during a move-in special so it wasn't that bad. Washer/dryer is PROVIDED in the unit (yay!!), but no microwave. The location of the complex endures a lot of ambulance sirens since it's on the road to the hospital, so keep this in mind if you are looking to live here... but to me this is a comforting quirk since I grew up in big cities and don't like too much quiet.

  So due to hurricane Irma we were out of work for 2 weeks. I asked if we can pay a few days late due to waiting on my check. They clearly said NO and that our job is responsible for taking care of that. I told them there was nothing i can due but wait because part of our city had no power. and they proceeded to charge us $75 a day. which made my rent 1600 instead of 1100. and there was nothing i can do about it. its sad to know somewhere you pay and stay at could have no sympathy. Will be out and never come back or recommend after this lease is over.
