  I’m new to the area and I have never lived in an apartment complex that had such an understanding and accommodating staff like at willow Brooke. I’m going through a bit of a rough spot financially and they offer a payment plan instead of just dismissing you. The location is wonderful; a short drive to north Lakeland, right next to the parkway, soooo many stores less then a 5 minute drive. The response for maintenance is amazing, usually same day repair and if they see you randomly outside, they still ask if everything is working properly. Highly recommend.

  I've lived in multiple apartments around Lakeland, and these are by far the best. Even with Target right next door and the mall across the street, the premises are quiet, cozy, and very well kept. Spacious apartments for the price as well.
