  Tried renting from this location reserved online tried calling constant busy signal finally got man on phone an hour later he was very rude wouldn't allow me to talk or ask any questions to gather information on facility he continued to interrupt me then cut me off and told me if I wanted the unit come in before 5 and get it all I needed to know was type of lock and full amount due to rent unit so I came prepared but he had no time to be helping customers or answering questions

  I have 4 storage units here. They have a problem with rats. The GM is very cooperative and pleasant but ownership is where this company is lacking.
