  The black guy who works here is a total and complete MORON. I made an appointment because I was told I would need one to get a copy of how much I've paid in taxes over the years. He brushed me off and told me I could do it online. I was temporarily relieved and started to walk out the door.
  But I questioned why they would allow me to make an appointment for something I could do online. And finally coming to what few senses he had, he realized what I actually needed and made copies of the documents.
  It just pisses me off because I would have come all that way and made an appointment at this unbelievably exclusive center, only to go home empty handed and have to spend more gas money travelling there again to get what I actually needed.
  They treat this place like it's Fort Knox. The building has been there for ages but is glistening because no one is allowed inside except for people who don't know how to do their jobs. This place is such a joke and a total waste of tax dollars.
