  I came into the showroom on a Sunday, Looking for a sleeper couch that I could take with me. Sierra McClellen, and another nice Lady, searched their inventory, to see what could be bought directly off the Showroom Floor to meet my needs immediately.Their Profesdional attitude, and willingness to help, went far beyond Just doing their job. Their was no one there to load the Queen sized Sleeper couch that I Bought, so these Two kind Ladies gave me the additional assistance to enable me to Load this heavy couch myself. With their advice, we were able to determine if this couch would fit through a narrow hallway, and small doorway by standing it on end. I can not
  Adequately express, my gratitude to these Ladies for going well above and beyond their duties in helping me in my time of need. That is indeed the kind of service that builds a solid customer base. Many thanks, to these Ladies, and I will return to this Store to meet any needs I have in the future for top quality furniture
